In joining this program you agree that your child maybe videotaped and be used for any promotional purpose. In consideration of the acceptance of my childs entry I do hereby for and on my behalf of myself and my heirs and legal representative release and forever discharge the Litchfield School District and A Little Drama and any instructors of any harm or injuries which may be suffered by me or my child in connection with A Little Drama.
