6th-8th grade class>Thursdays 3:15-4:45

Will start Nov. 3rd (with K-5th)

at 3:15-4:15 and the 6th-8th graders will stay an extra 30min.(4:45pm)

During the first hour you will be with the younger students but you will learn a lot. You will be participating in some of the activities and you will also be working in (the older students) groups.Lets personalize a Theatre Arts & Dance Club.

" Christmas in the Park Parade " Join all of A Little Drama students on December 10th to march down Old Litchfield Road. This is a FUN FREE FAMILY event.

  • Communication Skills: Drama enhances verbal and nonverbal expression ideas. It improves voice projection, articulation, fluency of language, and persuasive speech.
  • Problem Solving: Students learn to communicate the who, what, where, when, and why to the audience. Improvisation fosters quick-thinking solutions, which leads to greater adaptability in life 
  • Trust: the social interaction and risk taking in drama develop trust in self, others, and the process.
  • Memory: Rehearsing and performing the words, movement, and cues strengthen this skill like a muscle
